Always a lover of beauty, deep connection and resilient solutions, I am in my happy place supporting people to uncover the health and vitality within. I am a licensed Acupuncturist with advanced training in Facial modalities, Fertility, Pregnancy, Birth and Postpartum care, Classical 5 Element Style and Japanese Acupuncture. I spent 10 years training and then teaching Subtle Energy Medicine, which also informs my work.
The unique combination of Chinese Medicine, Facial Acupuncture, Gua Sha, Lymphatic Drainage, and compassionate subtle awareness is incredibly effective for the body’s ability to find balanced health. This naturally reveals our inner and outer beauty, supports our bodies through pregnancy and beyond, and rebalances the nervous system, which can help us unwind old patterns, emotions and pain.

I have trained and interned with highly respected leaders in the field of Pre- and Post- Natal Acupuncture, including Deborah Betts, Raven Lang and Holly Guzman. I love helping and educating women through the incredible transformation of their healthy pregnancy and birth.
